A 30-day study plan for CUET UG

Create a CUET UG revision plan around your chosen university and subjects, with domain revision, language practice and a weekly review checklist.

For candidates with a first pass through their chosen subjects. University program requirements determine which papers you need. Check those requirements before you use this timetable.

Your study plan

Use this suggested routine as a starting point. Adjust the pace to your diagnostic results and available time.

  1. Days 1–3

Confirm paper choices and diagnose each subject.

Checkpoint: A verified paper list and topic checklist.

  2. Days 4–17

Revise domain topics and required language or aptitude skills.

Checkpoint: Completed topic sets with corrected errors.

  3. Days 18–25

Mix topics and practice under current paper conditions.

Checkpoint: A record of accuracy and incomplete questions.

  4. Days 26–30

Retest weak topics and check exam instructions.

Checkpoint: A compact revision list for each chosen paper.

Choose the required papers first

List your target programs and check the university requirements alongside the current NTA bulletin. Do not assume every candidate needs the same subject combination.

  • Record the exact papers needed for each program.
  • Use the official syllabus for each selected domain subject.
  • Include a language or aptitude paper only when your selected requirements call for it.

Divide revision by your actual gaps

Take a short diagnostic in each required paper. Give more repair time to weak topics without dropping the rest of your chosen subjects.

  • For a domain subject, revise one concept and immediately test it with questions.
  • For language practice, justify answers from the passage rather than outside knowledge.
  • For an aptitude paper, review the method behind each error before a timed set.

Keep a paper-by-paper record

Track accuracy and incomplete topics separately for each paper. Use practice results to change the next week, not to predict admission.

  • Retest missed questions after a delay.
  • Check current instructions for each required paper before a full simulation.
  • Keep university admission requirements separate from your study notes so you can verify changes.

A program-to-paper checklist

Two target programs may have different subject requirements. Do not copy another student’s combination.

Show the worked example
  • Create columns for university, program, required papers, source URL and date checked.
  • Copy the requirements from each official admission page.
  • Resolve any unclear requirement with the university before registration. Then build your study plan around the verified list.

Review checklist

  • I checked official program requirements.
  • My timetable includes every required paper.
  • I used the syllabus for each selected subject.
  • I reserved time to review timed practice.

Common questions
